Terms and Conditions
– Any reward points that are not accrued but are gifted, given, or awarded as part of a promotional campaign are valid for a period of one (1) month from the date of awarding. After this period, any unused reward points will expire and cannot be redeemed.
– Free consultations and treatments must be scheduled in advance, are subject to availability, and require submission of proof of birth date and anniversary date.
– Reward points accrued cannot be used on product purchases during months with service discount offers. However, clients can take advantage of existing product offers in those months and still earn reward points.
– Benefits are non-transferable and can only be utilized by the registered member.
– The validity of the earned points is 365 days from the day of accrual.
– The terms can be changed at any point in time at the discretion of the management. We may or may not provide prior notice of such changes.
